I am Hossein, one of the managers of Diyako Cafe. We are using Clover systems, and we have a very important problem with that. In the case that we have more than one person on a table, and we serve some items to them, when the first person wants to pay for its order and leave and the other people remains, we can’t add any other items to the table. In this situation, the invoice is frozen and the only possible action is asking other guests to pay for their current bill, close the bill and open a new bill for them. This is very common situation in our café and this is a very big issue. Please let me know what we should do in this case.
