1. Need column that shows Tip Amount

   Please I noticed a change in the latest update that doesn't meet my needs: let me explain.

   In both the desktop and mobile versions, when I go to

   Dashboard > Sales Activity > Transactions,

   the column showing just the "Tip amount" no longer appears; this is important for remote work (which is how I operate, since I’m not always at the restaurant).

   That column used to be visible in the previous version. Is it possible to display it again without having to download the XLS (CSV) file every time?

2. Reverse latest Sales Activity Update

   Change my Clover back to its previous version. Clover's latest update has made my bookkeeping far more complicated, and I am looking at changing my payment platform if this update cannot be reversed.

3. Custom date/time reporting filters don't persist on Sales Overview (Flex / Station Solo)

   The custom date/time filters in Reporting → Sales Overview aren't saving on our Flex and Station Solo. Every time we set a custom timeframe for our shift, it resets to default as soon as we navigate away or minimize the app. Please fix this so our custom shift filters stay active—my employees shouldn't have to re-enter our shift hours over and over every day.

5. Breaking down server sales by "Labels" in their closing server reports ON THE DEVICES.

   We need to be able to see a breakdown of sales based on each label on the devices. We can see this in the dashboard but no on the actual devices. Other POS systems have this option on a server report. In order for the server to tip the bartenders out correctly, we need to be able to see how much liquor was sold by each server during each shift ON THE DEVICES. If there is a way to do this, customer service has not been able to help me at all with this issue.

6. Modifier Reports Needed ASAP - Easy Request

   We need the ability to run a MODIFIERS REPORT

   Example

   Item: 2 Meat Combo with 2 Sides
   
   Price:15.00
   Modifier: Meats-Pull Pork, Ham, Brisket, Chicken Tenders
   Modifier:Sides-Green Beans, Mashed Potato, Corn, Fries, Potato Salad

   If we have another
   Item: 3 Meat Combo with 3 Sides
   
   Price:25.00
   Modifier: Meats-Pull Pork, Ham, Brisket, Chicken Tenders
   Modifier:Sides-Green Beans, Mashed Potato, Corn, Fries, Potato Salad

   If we run an Items Report it will give me the amount of Sides I sold PER ITEM, so if I want to know the total Mashed Potato Sides sold in total within all the Items that have that Modifier its very dificult. You have to export it and do calculations that take so long.

   If we had a Reporting on Modifiers alone just like we do for Items it will work.

8. Add options to print reports based on different variables

   Add options to print reports based on different variables
   - Start and end time (multiple reports per day, option to reopen drawer)
   - Order types
   - Employees

   Add options to tip pool based on percentage of overall sales or selected revenue classes. Add option to enter specified percentage and log the data to be sent to payroll with timeclock hours.

9. Sales by Card Type on Condensed Report

   Please add back sales broken down by Card Type on the condensed report. It used to be there about a year ago. Our managers could quickly and efficiently consolidate all card types with our POS. Now it's extremely difficult to do so. I'm not sure why you would change that. Please bring it back asap.

10. Ability to print reports on Kiosk

    Kiosk should have the option to print out reports.
    Merchants that only use a Kiosk to process need to print out reports and it makes easier if they can get it from the device.
    Some merchants don't know how login to the dashboard and navigate to export/print reports of the dashboard.

11. Separate Reporting Category for Third-Party Integration Staff Tips

    Currently, when digital staff/merchant tips are sent over from third-party online ordering integrations (such as DoorDash via the CREATEPAYMENTRECORD API), Clover’s reporting system does not have a dedicated category to map them to. Because there is no native breakout for online staff tips, the system temporarily places them under the "Cash Deposits" section as a negative/deduction value and attributes them to "No Device".

    This behavior is causing massive confusion for merchants during financial reconciliation, as online digital tips appear to be incorrectly impacting and deducting from their physical net cash balances.

    Requested Enhancement:
    We need a dedicated, separate reporting line item or category specifically for Third-Party Integration Staff Tips within Clover Reporting.

    Isolate from Cash: These digital integration tips should not default to the "Cash Deposits" column or show up as negative cash values.

    Clear Attribution: Provide a distinct reporting breakout so merchants can clearly see staff/merchant tips originating from API integration order payloads separate from standard in-store tips and physical device data.

    This change will prevent financial reporting mismatches, eliminate merchant confusion regarding unexpected cash deductions, and streamline bookkeeping for any restaurant using third-party online delivery channels

13. Sub Categories Should Roll Up Under Parent Categories in Reporting

    I would like to suggest an improvement to how Sub Categories are handled in reporting.

    Right now, it appears that Sub Categories are being reported as if they are completely separate Categories, rather than being grouped under their parent Category. This makes reporting more fragmented and less useful for businesses trying to track department-level sales.

    For example:

    Category: Bakery
    Sub Categories:

    Bread
    Pastries
    Cakes

    Currently, reports treat Bread, Pastries, and Cakes almost like separate Categories instead of rolling them up under Bakery. I believe Sub Categories should function more like organizational breakdowns within a Category, similar to how Modifiers report under their parent item structure.

    Ideally, reports would show:

    Bakery (total combined sales)
    Bread
    Pastries
    Cakes

    This would allow businesses to see both the overall Category performance and the detailed Sub Category breakdown without separating them into what feels like entirely different Categories.

    I think this change would make reporting much more intuitive and useful for inventory tracking, department analysis, and financial reporting.

    Currently, the ONLY way to add an auto tip % to large parties bill is by adding it to taxes and fees ...
    BUT it is NOT a "tax" NOR a "fee"

    AND - Doing it as Clover only allows via taxes and fees...

    Means the large table tip auto added "DOES NOT" show up under Employees "TIPS" in "TIP REPORTS" at the end of the day - Makes for missing entering tips ... Because it is not included in with the tips as it needs to be
    Causes employees to lose out on that tip money ... Especially on busy shifts and makes it where it gets missed and also affects tips reported for income tax purposes

    Tips need to be with tips = And needs to be an ability to make a separate "custom" tip with a parameter to charge it ...

    Without having to turn ON 'Tip suggestions" also or without adding it to the tip suggestions - Doesn't belong on every customers receipt and not every business wants the tip suggestions on their receipts

    Servers and business NEED to see those tips reported and accounted for in the "TIPS" for the day reports under their server name/number

18. Items Sale Report

    Because of food cost going up all the time, bakeries, sometimes have a lot of waste at the of the day. We need to be able to run a report that displays date, time, and items sold. That way we could have a better ideas on when to stop baking certain items during weekdays and weekends.
