Desktop Easy Label
We would like to access the Easy Label app through the Clover desktop, rather than being limited to the pocket readers or the main POS systems. It is extremely limited in our small store with such a large inventory to be limited to these four devices.

Display Weight of Products Sold
Displaying weight of products sold, not just quantity for meats and items sold by the pound. All of the selling by weight online, etc that are mentioned absolutely need to be implemented for all of the deli's and meat markets ASAP.

Disputes
We have multiple owners in our business but only the 1 email account can access Disputes. This should be available to all Admins if we can only have 1 email associated to Owners.

Sending text or email receipts
Merchants are reporting that, after a transaction is approved, they have to tap “More Options” before they can choose to send a receipt by text or email. They find this extra step unnecessary and time-consuming.
They’re requesting that the receipt delivery options (Text and Email) be displayed right away on the confirmation screen, so they can send receipts faster without additional clicks.

Item list scrolling issue
Add "Reset pages to top each time category list is closed" to register settings. Prior to this year, custom item arrangement within each category would reset to the top of the list every time it was accessed. Now, if you scroll to the bottom of the items within a category and exit, the next person to pull up that category finds it in the spot where it was left. Staff can no longer quickly ring in frequently purchased items (that are at the top of each category) because the list is not appearing at the top each time. New issue…

Bottle Deposits
Recycling efforts are growing nationwide. In most states, Bottle Deposits are non taxable. We need a native Bottle Deposit App that provides the option for bottle deposits to be Non Revenue AND/OR Non Taxable Modifiers. This feature should also enable Bottle Deposit returns to be clearly credited on the customer receipt.

Tagging Customers as Tax Exempt or a Specific Discount
We have multiple customers that are tax exempt and some that receive an automatic discount with each purchase. Other than putting it in as a NOTE in the customer information, there is no way to designate these as options for these customers and they are often forgotten. This seems like a very easy thing to do. We just need to be able to mark certain customers to automatically apply tax-exemption and/or a specific discount each time we enter a transaction. Signature on Receipt on Compact
The ability to set the Clover Compact to prompt for signatures on a receipt. it is inconvenient to attempt to move the compact back and forth for signatures and a secondary tethered device is not desired.

Separate Closed Accounts from Active Accounts in Dashboard
Clover GO had an update that clearly segments inactive/closed Clover accounts so that a merchant only selects from their list of active accounts. We're requesting the same segmentation be available on the Dashboard so merchants do not have to rename old accounts ("old," "do not use," etc) and inevitably end up logging in to an inactive account, making updates, then get frustrated when they realize it was on the incorrect account.

too many clicks on the register app between customers
When we use the register app, it takes too long in between customers. We want the option to eliminate the 'Thanks for Visiting' page after they choose wheter or not they want a receipt. Thanks

Telecheck
– Telecheck Higher ACH Limit – We need Telecheck to support a limit higher than $5000 quicker than before 6 months of processing. We’d like Telecheck/Clover to allow us to submit supporting documents to approve a higher than $5000 limit for ACH immediately. This will help us support our larger customers who have this need without additional steps/products for the client.

Recycling fee
There needs to be an option to add recycle fees (CRV) to purchases like soda, beer, wine, etc. Currently, a third party app is the only option.
