Restore ability to add more than 24 characters to DBA
We're an ISO and I just noticed that the DBA character limit has been reduced to 24 characters. Most DBAs now have to be abbreviated. Our merchants have been calling to complain and there's literally nothing we can do. We can't understand why this change was made even though we fully understand that FDPOS has a character limit. Clover dashboards didn't used to have this limitation and there doesn't seem to be any discernable or logical reason to reduce the character limit

Two Factor Authentication - Options
Include alternative options for 2FA, like email when logging into the dashboard for the first time. International clients aren't able to receive SMS Text as international/country codes aren't listed on the drop down. Specifically need to add Palau 011680 as a option.

Dashboard Access at ISO/Sales Office Level
I work as an ISO and constantly get asked to help merchants with simple items but cant do it without access to their dashboard. Some of them don't have the password or have never logged in before. A bunch of them don't even use email on a regular basis so asking them to login and complete dual factor authentication is challenging. If every sales office had access to their own merchants dashboards we could support the merchant better and faster.

Gift Card Notification Emails
I have a client with more than 200 locations. One of their locations added the Clover Gift Card app to their device, and the owner received a notification email to alert them to this event. However, the notification email did not contain any details that would tell the owner which of the 200 locations set up gift cards. None of their locations use gift cards, and they want to delete/remove the app, but they have no way to identify which location set it up without pulling up each account one by one. Enable Multiple Auto Close Times
For merchants that run shifts, allow them to have multiple auto close times. For example, a merchant that is open 24 hours, and runs three 8 hour shifts, and wants to easily track sales during each individual shift, should be able to set up multiple auto close times each day.

Enable EXACT Auto Close Times
Currently when a merchant is set to an auto close time, they can select the hour, but the system randomly generates the minutes. For example, a merchant wants their batch to close at EXACTLY 9:00 pm, but the system selects 40 minutes. Now the merchant has to decide whether they want their batch to close at 8:40, 20 minutes earlier than they want, or 9:40, 40 minutes later than they want. Clover should be able to offer an exact time, of the merchants choosing.

Allow Merchants to Change Batch Type
Allow merchants to update/change their batch method from auto to manual on the Dashboard. Currently the process requires the ISO to call on the merchants behalf, then get the merchant on the phone, then hold for Advanced Support, before authorizing the change. This can sometimes take 20-30 minutes, when it could be a simple update on their Dashboard that takes less than a minute.

Clover Weight Scale
Currently Clover offers a weight scale up to 20lbs can we create a scale with more capacity in weight particularly to help support our meat market clients that look for scales that can support upwards of 50 to 70lbs.

Loging into dashboard when you have an old and new account
I have an old account that is not active and a new account that is active. Each time I sign into Clover dashboard, I have to switch my account as it is automatically opened up as the old account. When switching it has an option to save, but each time I logout and login I have to repeat this switch. It would be beneficial if I can set one of the accounts as my primary account, instead of having to change it every time I login.

Transfer card on file
Please enable the ability for merchants to migrate card on file (tokens) between clover accounts. When there is a change of ownership or new tax ID, merchants currently have to start the database over from scratch which renders them unable to carry on existing recurring payment plans

Need the ability to track information within clover platform: e.g. user creation, changelogs of settings, etc...
I need the ability to see a changelog or activity within the system beyond transactional data. When users are created, when and who change account settings, last logins to the app and online portal. This feels like it should be a standard capability for security. thank you

Void Notifications for Card Not Present Fraud Settings
Please enable notifications for voided transactions due to the fraud score or fraud settings. We had transactions approve and we fulfilled the order that printed to the kitchen, but then the orders immediately voided

Why is commenting on this idea closed. This is rather important to the merchants who request the feature. What if some power decided to limit the letters such that the POS will now be limited to Clove Merchants want to and deserve to use the DBA name of their choice.

QR Code for Donations
When scanning a QR code, the payment screen states "your order" this is confusing and generally only applicable in restaurants. It would be helpful if this title could be edited particularly for non profits and churches that tend to use QR often.

Option to Remove quantity feature on the published website page
Description: Option to Remove quantity feature on the published website page.
Currently, when customer access the merchant's online ordering website. Click on an item. Select Breakfast, and then clicked 2 Eggs Breakfast w/ Meat. A popup box associated with 2 Egg Breakfast w/ Meat. Select, for example, Wheat. The Customer gets the option to add & subtract the item quantity.
This merchant advised Wheat bread is added to the meal, not an individual purchased item. So they want an option to hide/remove the quantity feature for all menu items.

option to send receipt as text on Virtual Terminal
When processing a payment on the virtual terminal it should have an option that is built in to the initial transaction to send the receipt as a text or via the email

Customer Database Functionality
On Clover Merchant Portal:
- button to import .csv file to batch overwrite customer data
- button to intelligently merge duplicate customer entries
- button to delete customer entries that match batch criteria (e.g. "MANUALLY ENTERED")
- button to automatically batch rewrite customer name fields with correct capitalization instead of all caps
