  1. Reporting enhancement

    This is a request for all devices. Not sure if the request should have been put under Payments but thought that is in reference to the Payments Saas.

    Is there a way to show the Surcharge amount collected on credit card transactions on the batch report so that the merchant doesn't have to go to the dashboard to find it. It would be nice to have the breakdown on their batch report. Currently, it's more work for merchants that use their own invoicing/work order process to match those transactions.

  2. ''IPAD STYLE'' device to take order

    I have a competitor and they have the ''IPAD STYLE'' device to take orders and some of my customers asked if CLOVER have like an IPAD style because it is EASIER FOR THEM vs the flex. IF YOU HAVE THAT...I could get all their accounts.

  4. clover compact

    ethernet cable port faces straight down rather than out the back. The connector on most ethernet cables is too large, bulky and not flexable enough to allow the device to set stable on a counter top. Not usable. Call center agent was unable to suggest a cable category that will work,
