    It would be great if you could issue a refund for an amount other than the original sale amount on EBT cards. If you're using the Sales and Refund app on the Payments Plus plan where you are just entering in the amount of the sales total to run then you only have the option to refund the entire amount of that sale back to an EBT card. Most of the time, say in a grocery store setting, a customer may just be returning one of their EBT items but their transaction included a full grocery cart. In that case, the merchant may want to issue a refund back to their EBT card for say $5.00 but the original transaction was $100.00. In this scenario, currently you can only refund $100 by finding the original transaction and issuing a refund. You can't just type in $5.00 and then choose EBT as the tender you want to issue that $5.00 back to.
