1. Remove id verification for JUUL products

   ID verification is an important part when you sell certain products. However forcing Clover customers to use your method is not only painful but not in par with industry standards. Let me explain. We sell cigarettes and we have to ID check everyone. The Clover POS does not require us to enter their ID into the POS when we sell cigarettes. However the latest change, which by the way, we did not approve or give you authorization to implement on the Clover POS that we own as we do not lease it we purchased it, changed the whole check out process for JUUL products. And I am told that I can not undo the check out process which forces me to either scan an ID (of which I have to purchase an ID scanner), or continue through several screens, just to type in the ID information. This is not part of the industry standard, particularly when compared to selling cigarettes and the added steps slows down the check out process. Which, when we get busy is unacceptable. Please allow Clover customers to opt out of your new code. At least until it is federally or state mandated. Someone in PD should have given this more thought. Since we are smoke shop, and cigarettes and vape is all we do, this should have been thought out better.

4. More UI work needed on mobile

   Your user interface on a mobile phone looked okay. But I got an error, :"You are required to complete the following fields: - City". After re-trying on a desktop browser, I saw that the UI on a mobile browser was an accident by your development team. Your server didn't detect a mobile fingerprint. It appears you've made no effort at all to accommodate mobile phones. If you choose to leave things as they are, I would suggest a border around the donor ID fields that would indicate to the user that there is more content to the right. Until, or unless you choose to do that, your mobile users deserve a fair warning that your site is for desktop and tablet browsers only.

5. Notify centralized admin when new items are being added at site level.

   Cafeteria sites have ability to add new items, but occasionally set tax flags incorrectly, or fail to add items to tax exemption rules. Would like report that notifies centralized admin of new items added locally so we ensure adherence to proper configuration.

6. differentiate between applicable US help subjects vs help subjects applicable to other countries

   I was told that clover.com/help is the only resource available, but that information is only applicable to US users, and some features aren't available to other countries. There is no way to tell on this site what is applicable to the US and what isn't - please adjust for global usage.

8. Remove or archive closed accounts on Clover Dashboard.

   I have 2 businesses and one has since closed. When I login the closed acct is there.
