Happy hour discounts should not display in Discounts pop up
Happy hour discounts currently appear in the pop up when a staff member wants to add a discount. The whole point of happy hour is so that the employees don't have to manually ring up transactions with discounts for every single person during those hours. Its to reduce button presses, and it works great. But why does it appear in the regular discounts pop up? I mean an employee should never have to press that button, so its effectively useless and just makes the discounts pop up look confusing.

Show pictures and videos on Clover.com/help
The old help.clover.com used to have pictures and videos on it to help merchants or BC to see how to use the device the new Clover.com/help is missing that info
for example there are no visuals on the Virtual Terminal on Clover.com/help

Limit Discounts applied in an order
Merchant requesting a way to limit how many discounts in an order. Specifically when Happy Hour is being run, to not allow perks from Rewards to be redeemed at the same time-- should be only one or the other.

Owner and Employee Name Change Permissions
Merchant has several employees that have changed their names and unable to edit it in the system unless they change the whole email which is not an option most times.

Option to remove Done button after completing transactions
Merchant has run into issues when not pressing Done and transactions have Voided. Merchant would like to remove the requirement of Done and also have a Voided transaction report generated.

Can we add functionality where we can cashout multiple time per day but batch out once? Also to have the cashout app reset cash mid-day, and record tips during shifts?

Notifications for Software updates
Merchant is requesting a feature to allow Notifications to pop-up on the Clover devices that acknowledge any upcoming Clover software updates to be aware of changes being implemented in the system.
Merchants are receiving updates that are transaction impacting and have to learn on the 'fly' or call in for support regarding new changes.

Dark Mode Needed!
Hello Clover Team!
Is it possible for Clover to come out with dark mode/dark theme? Many other POS out there have such feature and Clover does not currently offer this. Currently due to my eye condition it is difficult for me to see anything on a white background. I am sensitive to light. The display brightness helps a bit, but lowering the brightness pretty low also makes it difficult to read with the display is too dim. Thus why I am requesting Clover releases Dark Mode feature. Tracking cash feature
The merchant should have the ability to start the day with a recorded amount of cash, e.x.:
Opening the day with $300.00 in cash. (5x$20, 10x$10, 10x$5, 40x$1, 20x$0.25, etc.). Then closing the day, logging that there was a total of $X.XX in the register when the day closed.

Enable Clover screen to be displayed on other devices
On more than one occasion, merchants have asked for the ability to see the actual Clover screen remotely. They like the idea of seeing the actual screen staffers are keying from other than just the result through a printer or kitchen display APPs. This enables them to more readily monitor staff for dishonesty as well as training if someone is using a round about way to accomplish something that can be streamlined. Likewise, I have conducted some class room style group trainings where having a large monitor to display the Clover screen would have been a big advantage.

Request to add Spanish as a language option for the webdashboard
The WD is available in English + Canadian French. Spanish is a very common language spoken in the U.S and merchant would like to see this avail for the Webdash board sa all the employees are spanish speaking.

The feedback option on help.clover.com should link to this uservoice web page for optimal feedback.
when you go to help.clover.com, the feedback doesn't work. If we had the feedback button link directly to this uservoice website, it would increase feedback submitted by other merchants.

Ticket Tech Support. The system should have a ticket system into the administration dashboard to report technical problems with out the need to call clover support. Very easy to use and they should have response from someone asap.

multi location bundling
We need to be able to offer bundle discounts for multi-location businesses.
For example: if a convenience store has multiple locations and they run a bundle promo, they should be able to edit the bundle on multi-location and change all locations at once.
As Clover is now, they have to change each and every individual location.

Name guests
Ability to name a guest in dinning app. Instead of guest 1.guest 2. Be able to name guest 1 (guest 1 bob. Guest 2 jack etc etc. For larger parties with multiple checks. Adding a "note" applies to entire table. Would make this process of multiple checks much easier.

Add hospitality plan (hotel/motel functionality)
Add hospitality plan, including "room management", occupancy, folio#, check-in/out, rate, # of nights, etc.required in order to qualify for hotel processing rates. Call it Clover Staying or Rooms or Accommodations or Hospitality, manage rooms exactly like you manage tables within Clover Dining; you need to move someone from one room to another? it's the same as moving from one table to another. Set Special Hours and Holiday Hours
For online ordering we merchants should be able to schedule holiday hours in advance.
Eg. If I want to schedule us as closed for Christmas Day I shouldn't have to go in and manually turn ordering off and back on on that day. I should be able to schedule that in advance.
This seems like a really obvious feature to me that's missing (We can set special hours in Facebook, Google, Skip the Dishes, but not here in Clover for some reason?)Please add. Thanks
