Longer Pick Up times (order ready time)
I run a cheesecake bakery that relies a lot on my online orders. Currently the longest turn around time available is 90 minutes. Cheesecakes take at least 24-48 hour turn around. I know that customers can "schedule" an order for a future time, which most people who think ahead do, so I haven't had too many issues, however there are still customers that place an online order, pay for it and expect to be able to pick it up the very next day or the same day. drive thru AI to take orders
Client asked me if Clover or any of our apps has/have Drive Thru AI capabilities now or in the pipeline. He said he heard about/read about automated Drive Thru ordering (non human) to take orders. I googled it and see McDonalds was testing it and may be using, Panera and some other companies, also. Please drop me quick note to let me know if this is something that is slated in the near future to add to our Clover offerings. Thank you!

Requesting taxes to round to the 3rd decimal instead of 2nd
Merchant is requesting to have the system round and store taxes to the 3rd decimal rather than the 2nd. Merchant is requesting this because in the current system, the tax report totals are always off by a few cents due to the way the system rounds the taxes. Requested to have the taxes round to the 3rd decimal in order to alleviate the tax rounding issues and discrepancies on the report.

Ability to remove the product picture
Should be able to show the item photo or not on the new sale page and under the categories. To show the list of items without the item photo.
List searching would be so much faster to find when there is a line of customers waiting.

Option to allow items that are set up as per unit pricing to also allow modifiers for per unit option as well
Example if a merchant has an inventory item that is set up as per unit we should also have an option to make the modifiers as per unit as well instead of automatically assuming that the modifiers are a fixed price.
I have a merchant with a business that do catering services and sometimes a customer would order a plate or a salad 500x for a big event, the clover can only do items with fixed prices up to 99x so because of that the merchant changed the item price to per unit to make it easier since the clover…

Clover Revenue Center
Feature request: Revenue Center Reporting Functionality. Similar concept to revenue class for items, revenue center would have the ability to group certain devices together to form a "revenue center" another option would be to be able to run sales reporting data by "sections" in the Clover dining app. For example, if you have a main restaurant section and a bar section in the basement, would be very useful to have the ability to separate sales and reporting data between the two.

Modifiers and Min / Max issues
We have an item that comes with 4 sides - I built the modifier. We only offer 3 side options the system won't allow me to select min 4. I did build a work around for it by just adding in two modifiers for each item but its a glitch that should be fixed.

Please enable pre-authorization for Clover Station Duo.
There is a merchant use case for this in the restaurant industry, and Station Solo is the only "Station" enabled for pre-auth.

Clover for Grocery Stores
I would like clover to explore making a pos for grocery stores! I have a small grocery store chain that could use the simplicity of clover but with some more robust item maintenance. We use clover at our nursery and we like it a lot! It’s a simple but powerful tool to use. Just hope one day Clover can bless us with more tools to use!

The ability to add a note to show up on the screen before the Customer adds the signature
It will be very useful to have the option to include a note (like a RETURN POLICY ) on the screen so the customer can see it before signing the receipt to help avoid charge backs.

Column headers should be sortable, a la Excel and other spreadsheets. No merchant I've got likes the "Filter" icon and option.

Make it possible to delay updates or roll back updates
The most recent update has killed the communication between out credit card processing app (Econduit) and our Point of Sale (Vend installed on Ipad). Support says we cannot roll back updates to restore the connection. This has resulted in additional work, delays in checkout, and customer backup at the checkout line.

4 LANGUAGE OPTIONS MERCHANT SELECT BEFORE SWIPE TO COMMUNICATE & GET PROPER TIP
Merchant advised me that Square has option to Select between 4 languages (they can modify which 4 preferred at set up), after order entered, and just prior to accepting payment (swipe), so if they have a 50/50 customer heavy language, they can tap to that language based on what they heard at order, so customer can see instructions, TIP INFO (important!!) when they product card.
