Remove id verification for JUUL products
ID verification is an important part when you sell certain products. However forcing Clover customers to use your method is not only painful but not in par with industry standards. Let me explain. More UI work needed on mobile
Your user interface on a mobile phone looked okay. But I got an error, :"You are required to complete the following fields: - City". After re-trying on a desktop browser, I saw that the UI on a mobile browser was an accident by your development team. Your server didn't detect a mobile fingerprint. It appears you've made no effort at all to accommodate mobile phones. Notify centralized admin when new items are being added at site level.
Cafeteria sites have ability to add new items, but occasionally set tax flags incorrectly, or fail to add items to tax exemption rules. Would like report that notifies centralized admin of new items added locally so we ensure adherence to proper configuration.

differentiate between applicable US help subjects vs help subjects applicable to other countries
I was told that clover.com/help is the only resource available, but that information is only applicable to US users, and some features aren't available to other countries. There is no way to tell on this site what is applicable to the US and what isn't - please adjust for global usage.

Reporting Filters
Merchant would like to view 3 months of reporting and be able to filter out time so to be able to see 3 months reporting but only 8am-12pm or 12pm-4pm and not all day.

Partial authorizations
Merchant wants the developers to stop the device from offering to take partial payments. He feels this is a way for us to force him to pay for two transactions and the device should just decline the partial payment. states the pop up alert asking if they want to proceed with the partial payment is not enough.

Merchant wants all credit cards to be declined if they do not full amount available.
