Welcome to the feedback forum for Clover Devices and Hardware. Please share your ideas for how we can update our hardware to improve merchant and customer experiences at the point of sale. We are listening and we use this feedback to prioritize our roadmap.

1. Device Setup: Were you able to easily put together and configure your device? Please express your thoughts on the device setup process here. 

2. Individual Device Categories: Share your ideas that have to do with all things hardware including the design, functionality, durability, compatibility, and more.  

3. Accessories/Peripherals: In this category, you can post all your thoughts on Clover accessories and peripherals such as the pin-pad, cash drawer, scales, scanners, and printers.

  2. Within the Clover Dining the server should be able to split the bill by guest or item to print out to give to the customer for payment. This functionality should be very similar to the splitting payment functionality. There should be a button to print out split bill by the "print all guest bills". Once the button is click, a selection screen should display giving the server the ability to select the guest or item to group for printing out the bills for the table. Again this should be the same or similar functionality to the payment split functionality.

  3. We need the coursing function to be easier to use. Right now the coursing takes too much time to fire, we have to go into function and click the course one by one to fire. We have more than 100 customers at once so this is not going to work.

    Have something like this:
    Have the option to pre-set the items into different courses.
    For example:
    Cesar Salads in Appetizer category can be pre-set as First Course.
    Spaghetti & Meatballs in Pasta category can be pre-set as Second Course.

    So, when the servers fire the order, the kitchen printer can…

  4. Coursing has severely slowed us down, and we are in dire need of an adjustment to opt out of that function through the settings. While it may benefit other establishments, for our restaurant, it has unquestionably been a hindrance.

  5. For users who are blind and visually impaired, add a headphone jack and screen reader technology, so that users may access the screen. (on all your devices)
