Thank you for the suggestion regarding the USB-C male to female extender. Did you test this cable out on a clover duo?I have! Along with other cable brands. They do not work!
Although the extension provides for the welcome screen on the customer facing device and the merchant facing device initially shows the log in screen, the merchant facing device is not responsive! It is not possible to touch the merchant facing device to use the passcode to login or to get any reaction from the merchant facing device.
I test everything on our demos before suggesting the solution. Can you verify that your cable worked for you?
