Shift app
Merchant is requesting an update be added to the shifts application, shifts will generate all types of reports including total amount of hours and minutes for an employees and all of their orders however it does not specify tip amount total nor does it specify the tip amount totals by tender type on the report it self.

Option to consider gratuity in Homebase's "Server Banking" feature.
In Homebase, automatically calculating the amount the server owes the house should have the option to consider gratuities. This is a huge gap in the functionality of the system for majority of our full service restaurant installs.
The formula usually goes as follows: Cash Sales - Credit Card Tips - Service Charges = Money Owed to the House.
As I said, this should be an OPTION.

Remove the Requirement for App to use Clover Rewards
When it comes to the rewards application, it feels like it was built without ever asking a customer, business owner or really anyone what makes sense for user experience. The requirement to download an app in order to take part in your loyalty program immediately creates a high barrier of entry for a rewards program for the customer. As a business, we understand the importance to growth and revenue these programs can have but those stats don't matter if we can not acquire the member to start. People HATE apps. There have been numerous studies that show it. Add Mass Delete back into the 2022 Inventory Application release
Before the fall 2022 release, we could select (filter) batches of items and delete them as a group. In the new release, the filter may find all the items we want to delete, but the app forces you to select and delete each one individually. I manage over 48,000 line items. Without a feature similar to the prior version, I will be forced to just let the inventory grow.

Bar inventory & cocktails
Needs to be a better way to ring up cocktails etc. Too many modifiers or not enough. For example beers on tap...different kinds with different types and sizes. To many modifiers makes it confusing.

Sonos and Spotify Apps
Used to own a restaurant for 10 years and I used LAVU on ipads. I could command my sonos and spotify from the ipad while i was bartending. This made controlling the ambiance very easy. Now I work for gravitypayments and I sell clovers and that is one feature that is lacking IMO....as not important as it sounds it would make a difference im sure.

App search functionality
Currently there is not a way to view all 500+ apps in the market by category or industry. The search capability is very limited and the results rarely show all apps by searching with a keyword. There needs to be a more enhanced way to search by keyword for apps to display with the keyword in the description of the app, not only a keyword in the app title. Also need a way to view all of the searched for apps after the keyword is entered without having to go back and search again. We are missing out on many…

Remove the Orderout app from the app Market
Merchants who wish to cancel the Orderout app are unable to do so because the app support doesn't take calls and emails are being ignored. Merchants are being forced to report the app as fraaud through their bank to cancel the recurring payments.

Third-party app Chowly for Online Ordering
We need Chowly on Clover - I have a lot of restaurant clients asking for Chowly, to combine online ordering platforms. Chowly integrates all of a restaurants online ordering into one app that can be integrated into their Clover.

Make current top of list in cellular data app
The cellular app should show the current device at the top of the list of devices so that the current device can be managed on the device. Also add the nickname and data usage back onto the device so merchants can be sure they are looking up the correct device without having to check the serial number.
Also add a search option so merchants can search for a different device by nickname or serial number etc. they have without logging in online.

Add Reoccurring Donation Option for Donators
I am an evangelist. I have people donate to my ministry.
Some would like to make reoccurring donations. But, the clover app only gives the donator a one-time donation option. Why cant the donators have the option to donate a single time or set up reoccurring donations?I understand donators can call me and I can set them up on reoccurring donations. This is counterproductive. The donators should have the option. Please add this feature to the Clover App.

Tables App (Version 1.0-1181)
The Tables App urgently needs updating to mke it compatible with the Station Pro. It states that is supported on the Station and Station (2018) but no mention of the Station Pro.
We deliberately upgraded to the Station Pro from the Clover Mini to get the larger screen but now have a retrograde experience as the Tables App is not supported. We do not need the Dining App as that is overkill for our needs.2 votes -
Facebook Messenger
Please add Facebook Messenger to the Market, as customers send reservations requests via Messenger from our Facebook page and it would be more practical to handle these on our Clover Mini than on our personal phones.

we added some permissions for the Clover App in the dashboard
One merchant had an unfortunate situation where a dishonest employee was able to download the app on his phone and gain access to the dashboard. We deleted the employee from system entirely and discovered the email is no longer accepted on the app - this is true if anyone's email is deleted from the dashboard - is it possible to create permissions on who is even allowed to download the app, depending on their role within the business?

Enable Clover Web Browser Functionality for Manager & Employee Level Staff
We are a tourist destination and would like the Clover Web functionality to be extended to Manager and Employee level staff. Currently it is only available to Administrators, yet the icon is able to show up on Manager and Employee terminals. It just doesn't launch. We get questions all the time about directions, phone numbers, etc and I don't want them on their phones. It would be optimal if they could use the Clover Web Application to do these tasks.
