Remove old profiles
When you log into the customer-facing Clover app, old merchant profiles still appear. This is bonkers. Why isn't there a toggle on or off for appearance on the app? Don't you want customers to have access to fresh and current profiles? Why would you keep the old ones active? In my five mile radius, 3 of the 10 profiles that appear are inactive profiles. Also, as a merchant, I should have the option of appearing or NOT appearing on the customer-facing app.

App for wireless scanners
We recently purchased the Duo station with the handsfree wired scanner and had hoped we could use our hands free Munbyn scanners to work in the warehouse to scan items in/out or even use our phones to do so. However, there's currently no app available from Clover that allows for it nor do they have a hands free scanner that would allow for automatically updating our inventory in the Clover system. Gift Card app needs to be able to accept payment via Telecheck Check
The Gift Card app is currently unable to accept payment via Telecheck Check. This is a customer service fail; customers will not understand why they can make payments for everything else via Telecheck Check, but not gift cards. Please enable this functionality ASAP.

wireless manager
We are receiving escalations from merchants of being billed for the Wireless Manager when they are using WIFI as they have both the LTE Wireless enabled and WIFI. We need to have a way of sending the LTE capable devices with the wireless manager off only enabled if the client chooses truly needs it enabled.

App Shortcuts
All apps need to be able to have a shortcut button on the lefthand side of the web dashboard. Currently some of the active apps populate a shortcut buttton under the MORE tab but others must be searched for in order to access, open, and review information. Example: SHIFTS app no longer populates on the lefthand side - in order to access time reports you need to select APP MARKET, search SHIFTS in search bar, select SHIFTS then OPEN. Only then can you pull time clock reports.

Direct debits from DDAs does not work for everyone. We need additional ways to pay app market fees, credit card, check, or echeck would be great options. This is for App and SaaS Billing,

In regards to the register app. I have just upgraded to a new clover system and after payment I do not get the summary of payment anymore. We used this summary to manually print receipts with tips so I can pay out tips as per the employees present when tips are given. WE are now having to go into the orders to manually pull the receipts taking more time. Is there a way to go back to having the quick recap of the payment details after payment? I sure would appreciate it.

I have an she says that when she is going to send the receipt by text on the mini there is a prefix on the space where she has to type the phone number +54 that she has to erase to then write the cardholder phone number, extra step of erasing the prefix +54 so it's clear to be able to write the phone number. needs to be fixed. tysm

Downgrade request
We need to downgrade the device to previous versions, because the numbers of amount charged to customer shows on the screen are too small. (Used to be larger and customer doesn’t need a receipt to verify payment made. )And your customer service are not able to fix it.

Phone sale
Current “Phone Sale” application doesn’t have the ability to prompt a gratuity option. It would be great to see in order to prompt the employee to ask about gratuity as opposed to completing the transaction and no prompt is mentioned. Consequently, the employee cancels the transaction and restarts once a guest mentions gratuity. We currently say, “would you like to leave a tip for the team?”. Would love to see this prompt added to the phone sale application

Orders App
Open Orders: Not allowing employee(s) to print any sort of Reporting, or to prevent them from clocking out, if there are any open tab/order under their name.
