Welcome to the feedback forum for Clover Customer Engagement Features. Please share your ideas for how we can update our Clover software to improve customer experiences, increase traffic, and retain loyalty for merchants. Specifically, this forum should only include ideas about built-in functions on the Clover Dashboard (feedback on customer engagement apps should be included in the Apps/App Marketplace forum). We are listening and we use this feedback to prioritize our roadmap.

  1. We want to provide customers a secure link on our website where they enter their information. it would be similar to the payment link without the required payment. We need to have options on what fields are required and displayed. We need their credit card info to be a required field. The card needs to be saved on file. When they enter their card info i would expect the software to automatically verify the card info is valid.

    When a customer saves their info I would hope that an auto notification email is generated to go to a designated email.

  2. Please add the ability to process a Manual Refund via the Clover Dashboard/Virtual Terminal, or with the Clover Go app.

    I manage a business that has used First Data/Payeeze Virtual Terminal for the past 5+ years. We have always had the ability to process manual refunds when necessary. We were "upgraded" from Payeeze to Clover as part of your company buyout. However, we are now not able to do business as before. We do not have a retail store. So we have no need for another device just for running transactions over the phone.
