Virtual Terminal should be taking more seriously. It is pointless to offer Invoicing if it does not allows you to integrate existing inventory into it. Besides, it allows you to add a pointless notes that might help to remember what you sold, however, in the reporting-Revenue item sale you can see the transaction as uncategorized transaction, therefore, you can not see nets sales, COGS, and gross profit margin from that specific transaction which is vital for business. Yes, third invoicing parties such as InvoiceASAP and shopventory are completely useless as well since all products sold through those third parties platforms will be mark as uncategorized sales as well. Please, try to fix this. Thank you in advance.

Many of them need itemized invoice feature in clover dashboard / Virtual terminal

This is needed! I recently used the Virtual Terminal - Invoice feature for the first time and it was very handy but it could not be associated with any order or items so all you could do is enter a dollar amount and associate a customer. We need the ability to generate an invoice from an order and/or associate an order to an invoice. Thanks.

Clover gives you the option to create an invoice and add the total amount due, however they only give you one line to describe what the customer paid for. in this case it does not look very professional if you sell retail and do services. our suggestion is to allow us to create an invoice with multiple lines describing what our customers paid for
example ....
:Amp $100
:Install amp $120

instead of amp 100 install amp 120 in a straight line. .

Ability to Create an order on the POS, then send an invoice to a customer for payment. If you could log into the online dashboard, and select an open order, and send it as an invoice to a customer who then could pay it online.

When using virtual terminal there is no way to pull items from our inventory. Would be a nice feature.

It is right there, and shouldn't be that hard of a feature to add. We need the ability to click on inventory items to send via Invoicing through the Virtual Terminal, then it reflect in the Inventory stock count for that item that it was sent. This seems like a no brainer.

I want to use the virtual terminal so I can email an invoice and customers can pay online. However, I have to make sure the payments are linked to an invoice that itemizes taxable vs. non-taxable items. Please make it so I can create an order on the desktop and attach the order/invoice within the email or as a .pdf
