FULL UPDATE to the Multi-Location Dashboard and Support
The Multi-Location Dashboard is great, in theory. However, 3 BIG changes can drastically help franchises and enterprise level businesses. This would allow Clover to stay competitive in the market without merchants switching from Clover to higher end POS' to compensate for lack of options for franchises and enterprise level businesses.
We NEED the ability to not only link, but to support and have full functionality of multiple locations for the Multi-Location Dashboard using ALL current service plans, including the older $29.95 Register plan and current Counter Service plans. 36 votesOur team is actively working on an updated brand new Multi-location product. We are going into some early Beta testing in April 2024 and anticipate rolling out new features to all of our multi-location merchants on Dash Board V3 later in 2024

Option to Revert back to Old Dashboard APP
Merchant would like the ability to go back to the previous version of the clover dashboard app, or if it's possible to have more functionalities on the new version that will resemble the old one.

We have great plans for the development of the Clover Dashboard app, and will release updates regularly. Editing business information

this is lilian from Slopey Joe ,
i wanted to share my experience so that hopefully you can help me find a solution to this issue i been facing with our account.
Its regarding our business ours and edit information but mainly about the hours.
we have relocated our business address recently and so we also have changed our operating hours , i have tried endless times to edit the hours from manager dashboard under edit business information and it just wouldnt save, i have called support many times and all they helped me with is tell me…1 voteThe plan is to release the ability to do this type of business hours past midnight by September.
