Being able to refund $0 transactions for inventory reporting
Being able to refund $0 transactions. We give out 1st-8th place medals and we use Clover to track the inventory on the 200,000+ medals we have. We use this data for Grant Reporting as well. Not being able to simply refund the transaction due to an error, greatly creates a manual task as the only option is to add manually add these back to inventory.

Need ability to "Edit Menu Prices" for selected items
Need ability to "Edit Menu Prices" for selected items not just the entire menu. We have a menu that is marked up by 30%. When I add a new menu item, it is not marked up and there is no way to do it, other than duplicating the item. Now you have 2 items to manage for 1 item. Ideally would like the "Edit Menu Prices" feature to be applied to only the selected items.

Customer Phone Database
Hello,
Can we get a Database that links Card numbers to phone numbers automatically like how xxxx does it. I am tired of having to enter the SAME customer's phone number in every time they purchase something. It is embarrassing that this system doesn't have the ability to remember things like this. Also it would be nice if another Clover user just entered the customers phone number and then they come to me, it would already be there to text them their receipt.

Invoice feature-order number visibility in transaction payment details
When using the invoice feature, you can enter the order/invoice number for the payment. However, this information is not available when looking at the transaction in the payment details section like it does when you process the payment yourself in the virtual terminal. Please make the order/invoice number available in the payment details section when the payment is made with the invoice feature.

Note field needed in Payment Link
Please add a note/order/invoice number field to the payment link feature. The information added to the field should also be available when looking at the transaction in the payment details section. How else is the merchant to know what the payment is for?

Store Credit for Refund option
When performing a refund, the only option is to select payment form for the refund to return to. As a small nonprofit boutique, we'd like an option to select store credit so we can be guaranteed to keep the sale.

Clover rewards program
We have been using the Clover rewards program for almost a year now. If a customer has a certain amount of points, say 1000 or more, and they decide to redeem a part or all, there is no option to do that. The option that is presently available is that they can only redeem 50 points out of the total. Eventually, with this method, they will keep accumulating more points without being able to benefit from it. Inconvenient for Franchise business

We own a franchise business and have realized that the Clover POS system is not very franchise-friendly. For example, the reporting feature could be improved. It would be great if the POS had a function that automatically calculates cash deposits. I know there is a cash deposit category, but it’s not sufficient for our needs. Additionally, when updating the menu, I have more than 30 accounts under my master account. Take the All Item option off on the Kiosk
Please give us the capability to Take the All Items option off especially from the clover Kiosk it is very confusing to the customers and we have being having a difficulty so we have to leave our job of making the food to show the customer that he or she can move to the next category instead of keep scrolling down looking for the item or navigating the menu

Import Customer Account Balances
There should be a way to import customers from a different POS system and be able to include their balance. We have may customers that have items on layaway, or money on their account - and there is no way to get that information into Clover.

Links to developer area
Why is there no direct link to the developer page within the main dashboard of your account. It makes absolutely no sense to have to make yet another login to get into the developers area. This way anything you develop is linked back to your account.

Category Toggle
Looking to be able to hide categories on the register layout. In the categories column it would be nice to have the option to be able to turn on and off categories on the managers back office like you can do with the items. In some instances the way we run our retail shop it would be more efficient for my employees not to have some of the categories appear on the register orders page in certain parts of our year.

Add previous and next Items Buttons while editing an item
It would make adding or making mass edits to items if there is a "previous item and next item" buttons on the top somewhere when edit a single item. This would just take you to the next item in the list you were in. instead of backing out and finding the next item.

Allow to copy product images when duplicating item.
It would be nice if an image can be duplicated along with item details. xxxxx does this with a set of check boxes that show up when you select "duplicate" .
