Employees: Please include all your feedback and suggestions for enhancing Clovers employee management software.   1. New update, Clover Modifiers are now all seperate. Have to click each modifier group.

    Use to be able to scroll. Now each Transaction takes and extra 30 seconds. Great to know that clover wants me to lose transactions, and money!

  2. Allow the Clover Kiosk to send order receipts to a connected kitchen printer, even when the cash tender type is selected on the Kiosk.

    Part of the value of the Kiosk is streamling ordering. If an order won't even fire until the order is engaged with on another Clover device, than a part of the utility of the Kiosk is lost.

  3. We want to be able to put a custom gratuity amount or custom percentage which will appear under tips and gratuity and not under service charge. This amount will print on the customer receipt under sales tax it will gratuity and dollar amount.

  5. I need to increase the delivery radius of DoorDash Drive to 30miles is set to 5miles. I live in Texas and everything is spread out

  6. Merchants need the OPTION (in settings) to fire orders to the kitchen from the Clover Kiosk EITHER at the time of the order being placed at the kiosk OR when the customer walks up to the counter. Currently, only the latter is possible, and only works for a portion of merchants, with certain workflows. Please amend/update the Kiosk settings, ASAP so that merchants can both make their own decisions and we can sell more Clover. Thank you.

  7. Pizza slice shop with a line out the door needs this feature ASAP. Front counter staff needs to be able to add a name to the order for the cooks to warm up slices at the front counter and whole pizza cooks to make them in the kitchen. That name needs to be printed on order receipts in Bold. We don't need to waste time trying to lookup customers, don't need to collect their phone number nor email nor save them in the database. We have hundreds of customers. We just to add their first name and have it visible…

  13. Applicable to any POS hardware: please enable the feature to apply Cash Discounting to an item or a modifier created from the Clover POS' screen, not only to the ones created through Custom Item on screen or through the dashboard as it is the case today. Thank you.

  15. Right now Clover does not allow you to set a max limit of a quanity for a modifer, if the require max is less than the quanity of the modifers .

    For example, If you have an item of 12 Wings with the modifer of different types like (Extra Hot, Hot, Mudium, Mild, Plain , 5 different modifers) You can only set up max limit of 5 rather than 12, because their are only 5 modifers.

    Just like ordering a dozen donut, If you have 8 different types of donut (Clover only allows you to put max quality for that…

  16. The current system does not allow mixed tender types once a bill has been split four ways. We encountered a situation where four guests split a payment: three paid by credit card, and the fourth wanted to pay partly in cash and the remainder by credit card. The system prevented this and forced the final guest to choose either full cash or full credit, which is not acceptable in real-world payment scenarios.
    This limitation needs to be corrected and implemented as soon as possible.

  17. Problem: Once created, discounts are only available or must be deleted AND they can be applied to both Order and Item level. They are also often disorganized.

    Solution: Make discounts available or unavailable (optional) so we don't have to delete them and allow them to be applicable for Orders or Items only, or both. This way employees cannot accidentally apply BOGO 50% OFF item only discount to an entire order.

    Also, please give us the ability to organize discounts alphabetically or as category/groups, also allowing to display in register separately or in categories -- perhaps we can add/delete custom categories…

  18. Partial payment order Management

    Ability to running an open tab/order/check after a partial payment is applied. In a bar environment it is common to have a party of guests running a single tab/order. Some guests leave and request to apply a partial payment. Others stay and continue to add items to the existing tab/order. This option is currently not possible in Clover, but available in most competitive pos products.

  19. We have set up the DoorDash Drive Clover integration, and it works fine. But, the only tip option on the order checkout screen from the customer view is "Tips For Delivery Person". Tips go to the Dasher. The in-store employees who prepare and package the orders are not receiving any tips. Clover support was unable to assist with this.

    Is there a way to add another tip option for customers to give our employees a tip on their order?

  20. We need the ability to add a customer to an order even after it is closed. Currently, if the order is completed, we are not able link the order to a customer. So, we are missing the ability to see customer history.
