Inventory to re-add items when refunded
Inventory Refunds/Returns need to be able to automatically add the item back into inventory. Ideally, this would be configurable at the Item level to indicate if the item is to added back to inventory upon a refund.

Separation of SNAP EBT-eligible vs non-eligible items while making/receiving payments
We would like to have a feature that displays on the payment screen the total amount of SNAP eligible (most food items) and the total amount due. For example, if the total of the transaction is $100, out of which $60 is SNAP EBT eligible, then have it display something like this on the screen.
SNAP EBT $60
Total $100.
Next, once all the SNAP eligible items is paid by SNAP EBT cards, then shut off the EBT option, so that the customer has to make the balance payment by credit/debit cards or cash.

Merchant would like the option to send invoices by text, not just email.

INVOICING UPDATE—REVAMP!?
Clover… do you read these complaints? Why is the most liked invoicing concern still under review? I voiced my concern over a year ago—along with numerous other business owners—and nothing has changed.
I own a boutique, and like many retailers, I rarely sell just one item. We need a true itemized invoicing option that allows multiple products to be listed individually. On top of that, there’s still no proper shipping option—and since taxes can’t be applied to shipping, the current workaround looks unprofessional and creates accounting headaches. It should not be this complicated.

Invoice from payment screen
On retail mostly, after items are selected from the cash register screen and pay is selected, an additional tender option should appear that reads "INVOICE". This will take you to the Virtual Terminal Invoice screen (transferring the payment amount) and allow the cashier to send a payment link (invoice) to the customer for the payment to be completed.

We would like to have a multi-location report that breaks down transaction count and dollar amount by card type.

Provide the ability to change the action taken when a scanned item is not found in inventory
When scanning items for an order, if an item is not found in inventory, I would like a different action rather than a small banner at the bottom of the screen. An acknowledgement by the employee is desired. The employees must be looking at the screen for every item to be sure it is found in inventory or we can miss charging for the item that was not found.

provide shipping options for online store/website for retail saas plans.
The merchant would like to have shipping options when setting up their website for online retail. Currently, the website is only giving pick up options.

Digital Gift Card Feature
The digital gift card feature is no longer showing up on the gift card app. This is a useful feature because we don't have to always use the physical gift cards.

Gift Cards on Clover Go
It seems like gift cards are not compatible with the Clover Go, gift card acceptance would be a good thing to have for the Clover Go System.

Create orders from dashboard and save as 8.5x11 .pdfs.
Ability to create and print orders from the dashboard to .pdf or straight to an external letter-size printer.
Merchant takes orders over the phone, prepares their order, emails or prints out the order as a quote on a letter size sheet of paper, and has it ready when they customer comes to pick up the order.
