At this time we have lost $300 because we had to refund the checks for 9 customers. The bill reflected the 20% discount but the final credit card slip did not. We did not want to be accused of baiting and switching so we refunded the whole meal. My servers are very frustrated and I'm considering switching to another system if we can't get this fixed. After working with Tech support it seems to discount a guest each purchased item has to have the discount applied and not just the guest. Or the whole table but each guest does not get the discount. The previous tables app did not have this problem.
