Merchant advised me that Square has option to Select between 4 languages (they can modify which 4 preferred at set up), after order entered, and just prior to accepting payment (swipe), so if they have a 50/50 customer heavy language, they can tap to that language based on what they heard at order, so customer can see instructions, TIP INFO (important!!) when they product card. Offline mode to be optional
Our Clover accounts come automatically programmed to have offline mode enabled. This may seem efficient but I believe it creates a bigger problem. Our business owners are busy running their shop and usually just click Accept or OK when prompted and don’t really read the message that informs them the device is offline and they accept the risks.
I propose Clover should have an on boarding screen during activation that asks them what they prefer, similar to sign on paper screen. Or have the default set to turned off. They should opt in, not opt out of it by default.

Taking items offline in the register
When are you going to bring back the ability to take items offline on the register?? What is the most frustrating thing as a busy business owner is having to pull out my phone and be the ONLY one that's able to take an item offline and be able to put it back online when it's available again. I can't have employees logging into my clover account seeing my financials just to navigate the 10 step process to take an item offline. Cash sales - it would be nice to be able to customize the default dollar value being generated by the system when doing a cash sales.
Cash sales - it would help if we could change/program the default dollar value ( being generated by Clover Duo) shown on the pay cash sale screen. The first option is the total of cash sale which is Ok. The other three touch screen dollar amount are generated by Clover Duo and often don’t reflect the dollar value submitted by the client. The cashier then has no other choice but to use the customize button. This is more time consuming than having default values of $5.00, $10.00, $20.00, $50.00 and $100.00 denomination value.

Order Receipts in Spanish
Customer wants their order receipts in their Clover Kiosk to show "PAY AT REGISTER" and "PLEASE TAKE THIS TICKET TO REGISTER AND COMPLETE PAYMENT" in Spanish since the merchant is located in Puerto Rico where the initial language is Spanish. It is creating problems for him since not all consumers know English and are disgusted with him because of the long wait. We need the merchant to be able to count on a system that does not create issues.

Two Factor Authentication - Options
Include alternative options for 2FA, like email when logging into the dashboard for the first time. International clients aren't able to receive SMS Text as international/country codes aren't listed on the drop down. Specifically need to add Palau 011680 as a option.

INVENTORY NEEDS TO UPDATE THE SECOND A SERVER ORDERS AN ITEM. SO THAT THE SECOND SERVER BEHIND HIM IMMEDIATELY KNOWS THE REMAINING BALANCE OF THE INVENTORY. INSTEAD OF WAITING FOR THE BILL TO BE PAID FOR FOR INVENTORY TO UPDATE IN THE SYSTEM.
RIGHT NOW INVENTORY UPDATES ONLY AFTER THE CUSTOMER PAYS FOR THEIR BILL.

We would like a way to run a sales report for each QR code or payment link that we make so we can see a total amount of sales for each thing.

please reinstate the ability to edit an item or group of similar items with out requiring to re-search each time you save. new update changed this, before item would stay available to updates on similar items. new update resets the inventory field when saved and requires you to search for similar items again

Request for Enhanced Tipping Feature on CLOVER Terminals
We are experiencing an issue with the tipping process on CLOVER terminals when guests use Tourism Vouchers and our restaurant-generated Gift Cards as part of their payment. Currently, guests are prompted to add a tip based on the discounted amount, which can lead to under-tipping on the overall service received.
We propose an enhancement to the tipping workflow:
Tipping on Full Amount: Modify the terminal to prompt guests to first add a tip based on the full amount of the check before any discounts are applied.

Option to Turn ON/OFF Two-factor authentication. Now it's required all the time
It used to be where I could turn OFF this setting and then it would be turned back on after a period of time. Now, the setting is always required to be ON. If this is the case, then don't have the setting to turn it OFF or ON because it would not be necessary.

Please allow keyed refunds in the clover dashboard virtual terminal. If the original sale is not allowing a refund, then I have to get the whole card number and key in the refund, however, I can't do that in the Clover virtual terminal. In the Vterm, the options are "Take payment" "Pre-authorization" "Invoice" "Card verification" "Recurring payment." Please add "issue refund" to these options.

Allow Editing to Hosted Checkout
For medical/dental offices we don't need "Your Order" at the top of the form. It makes it look like they are ordering tacos, not paying a medical bill. The whole form needs to be editable in order to customize it for offices besides those "taking orders".

UX design for card reader
I am a UX designer and I use your card ready often at my local coffee shop. Almost every time i use it, I mindlessly pull my card out too early. I paid attention to why I am doing this and it’s because you are using the same animation to insert the card as you do to remove the card. When this animation plays to insert the card, I have already inserted my card, so for a split second, I think it’s prompting me to remove it. Check Quality Control on the Clover Valley Kosher Baby Dills. Fresh Pack 24 ounce. Bought some at our local Weaverville, Ca.
Dollar General a couple of days ago. Went straight into the fridge. Went to open today & wow! Tight seal around jar and yet
was mold inside the lid and mold inside of the top of the jar. Took
