Welcome to the feedback forum for Clover Devices and Hardware. Please share your ideas for how we can update our hardware to improve merchant and customer experiences at the point of sale. We are listening and we use this feedback to prioritize our roadmap.

1. Device Setup: Were you able to easily put together and configure your device? Please express your thoughts on the device setup process here.

  1. Alpha numeric pin pad screen

    Quite a few of our older customers need the letters to remember their pin numbers. Is there any way to add this to the screen the customers use to enter their pin?

  2. each Clover terminal should be accompanied to include (on the fold out instruction document), a YouTube (URL) video clip . Add printed instruction to direct the merchant to appropriate video on the actual fold out , offering full video to illustrate set up tutorial. All it takes is extra ink on existing fold out and comprehensive video.

  4. It would be great for nonprofits that use Clover to have the option to have an "add a donation" button pop up on the CC processing machine when customers are completing their transaction. It would be like the "add a tip" function that many businesses already use.

  5. Clover Flex cannot remove manual card entry from customer payments protocol as customer can actually push the back button and go back to the tender choices and click "Manual Card Entry" under the Credit Card button bypassing card present payment. How can this be stopped? I have a photo also...

  6. SIM card / LTE feature MUST be preserved on the Clover Flex terminals. We use these units as a backup when the internet goes off. If there's no "cellular" option we can't use the terminals at all. Thank you.

  7. I spoke to a small business owner a number of times about Clover. At the time he had 4 square and it was own his phone. It was a new Bakery that had opened. Some time later the owner had upgraded, but stayed with 4 Square. I asked why? He said it was EASIER that going to a different vendor. My suggestion is that Clover should consider a Phone App with a card swiper that can be attached. This owner is now opening his second location. I can't tell you the number of startup's that go with 4 square because…

  8. For users who are blind and visually impaired, add a headphone jack and screen reader technology, so that users may access the screen. (on all your devices)
