We really need to have certain items not discountable. It will help everybody not to work in negative if we already have products on special prices. We were surprised that clover does not have the option. Please pay attention to the problem, it is a really helpful option.

If I have an employee that adds a weighted item with too many zeros and then closes it out, I cannot void the closed ticket. Say she weighs our item and accidentally puts in 1000 lbs = $10,000 and then cashes it out to cash. We as owners should be able to delete and void that frivolous mistake. Or say a disgruntled employee cashes it out for 1mil. We should have the right to VOID said transaction

Merchant states any employee should be able to receive the closeout email. Merchant states he shouldn't have to change the owners email in order to get it accomplished.

Usually, we allow only one discount per order. Settings should allow owners to choose this option.

For cash discounting we need to increase all menu prices by 4% but then if someone pays with cash we need to implement a 3.846% discount to the entire order for everything to equal out.

When you have 0 qty and you sell that item this should now say -1 in inventory rather than staying at 0. This helps tracked wrong items sold etc.. by employees rather than thinking someone is stealing things. This is how it was since we have used clover (5 years) until the most recent update.

Add new feature that allows food description in items description.

Gift card value should be accepted as a payment type through online ordering. Limiting gift cards to in-store use is a hassle.
