Welcome to the feedback forum for Clover Customer Engagement Features. Please share your ideas for how we can update our Clover software to improve customer experiences, increase traffic, and retain loyalty for merchants. Specifically, this forum should only include ideas about built-in functions on the Clover Dashboard (feedback on customer engagement apps should be included in the Apps/App Marketplace forum). We are listening and we use this feedback to prioritize our roadmap.

    when the merchant manually add the rewards points the merchant would like for the points to accumulate and sync without refreshing the screen.

  3. Round up for Rewards only after $.51

    Merchant would like the Rewards to only round up after $.51. Currently it rounds up even if it's only $3.04.

  9. Clover Rewards: Allow for a dollar amount off a SPECIFIC item, not just the total order

    Clover rewards should allow for a dollar amount off a specific item. Currently I can only do a discount off the total cost of the transaction

  10. Summary view in Clover App of Businesses and Earned perks

    A summary view to see all the businesses that an app user has visited and the reward that has been earned/ offered.

    ie. if a user gets a notification about "$5 for a birthday bonus", they can go into the app and see where that bonus is, rather than go through each business to find out who offered them that bonus.
