Welcome to the feedback forum for Clover Customer Engagement Features. Please share your ideas for how we can update our Clover software to improve customer experiences, increase traffic, and retain loyalty for merchants. Specifically, this forum should only include ideas about built-in functions on the Clover Dashboard (feedback on customer engagement apps should be included in the Apps/App Marketplace forum). We are listening and we use this feedback to prioritize our roadmap.

  2. Add Rewards Points Manually

    Merchant would like the ability to add points from the device rather than just Web DB. This would allow for a quick transaction when issues may arise.

  4. Customer facing rewards

    I think it would be great if a customer could register, or at least be notified on the screen when they sign for their order, for our rewards program. We do not print receipts for customers unless they request one, and they don't always want a receipt (email or paper), so the best way for customers to know about a rewards program, and to join would be on the screen after they pay or while paying!

  9. Summary view in Clover App of Businesses and Earned perks

    A summary view to see all the businesses that an app user has visited and the reward that has been earned/ offered.

    ie. if a user gets a notification about "$5 for a birthday bonus", they can go into the app and see where that bonus is, rather than go through each business to find out who offered them that bonus.

  10. Clover Rewards: Allow for a dollar amount off a SPECIFIC item, not just the total order

    Clover rewards should allow for a dollar amount off a specific item. Currently I can only do a discount off the total cost of the transaction
