Customer facing rewards
I think it would be great if a customer could register, or at least be notified on the screen when they sign for their order, for our rewards program. We do not print receipts for customers unless they request one, and they don't always want a receipt (email or paper), so the best way for customers to know about a rewards program, and to join would be on the screen after they pay or while paying!

Lost three locations because of 5-Star who integrates with Speedline pizza software. Also, I understand that 5-Star is considering entering the POS side. If Clover creates a rewards program on par with 5-Star this problem goes away.

There should be a pop up window that appears once a customer has entered their phone number into the device to sign in, so that cashiers are notified of the account being entered. It would ideally have information such as customer name or number, any customer specific notes, and the amount of points on their accounts as well as rewards.

Agreed, Toast and Square have the best loyalty programs right now because after a purchase the customer is either requested to join the loyalty program on the screen, or they are presented their existing rewards so they can know how much they have left or redeem if available. Please allow customers to join on the clover screen, it makes such a huge difference.
