Merchant would like the ability to add multiple service charges to an order.

Need a pop-up notification to avoid partially paid transactions
Merchant States that they used to receive a pop- up saying " this card is authorized for this amount $xx, do you want to continue?" on debit card transaction
Used to be a feature, but they no longer see it.

Partial refunds
We need to be able to take partial refunds. This is very important in retail sites since we have customers only returning certain items on their receipts. We called customer services and they said we could only do full refunds or we have to fake a new transaction with the items they are returning to get a total and than do a manual refunds for that amount. We than have to manually adjust our inventory. There has to be a better way. We should be able to choose the item that they are returning and only refund that amount and…

Batch Detail Report. In the Deposit report, allow merchant to click the amount submitted to the bank and view/save/print a batch detail report that lists every transaction and the transaction details for every transaction.

Credit Card Convenience setup according with credit card type
Not sure if available but have not found this feature. Setup in clover credit card convenience fee that will be attached to the type of payment used. Clover should recognize when a customer is paying with Visa or MC, etc. to pop a message to customer "you will be charged a convenience fee of $xx% or $xxflat" amount according with the setup. This additional fee should be added to the total receipt amount authorized.

Web Checkout Screen - new field added
We would like to have a field added to the web checkout screen when our customers input their credit card information for payment to us. We create and send out invoices out of quickbooks to our customer organizations. However when customers pay us, only the name of the person making the payment is entered and it is difficult to match the payment to the invoice. Can we add a field to the web checkout screen that allows the customer to input the invoice # they are paying or the business name of their organization so that we can more easily…

The payment note is a configurable field that is available for the merchant to include on Payment Links. This would allow the consumer to include the invoice number as requested

return to any credit debit card if original payment method cant' be used
If a customer paid with a debit card we see that we can't process a return to that payment method. It does give an option for a gift card. I would like to see an option for another payment method so we don't have to process the return manually.

Online Order payments:
Make it easier for customers to process the payment.1) default to location country. I am in Canada and it default to Australia - difficult to enter telephone #
2) use Apple Pay and Google payour customers rather call their order in than struggling with the payment section.

Is there a compatible wireless scanner for the Clover Duo?
Would be great if we could have a list of compatible wireless scanners for the Clover Duo.
Google searched and found that the DS687 USB wireless barcode Scanner might be one, but Clover tech can't seem to confirm this for us.1 vote -
Debit Surcharge should NOT be limited to $0.25 !!
Possibly $1.00 or $1.50 would be more reasonable. I have

Be able to swipe a card, even though it has the tap and chip option as well.
Have the guests be able to swipe their credit card, even if the card also has the tap and chip option. Some guests don't like or understand why they can't swipe their card, I believe this would make guests happy.

Button position on the signature screen
When using the Clover credit card machine, the signature screen has the signing field located at the top of the screen and the Clear and Done buttons at the bottom. This frequently results in customers resting their hand on the buttons. If the buttons could be relocated to the top of the signature screen, this would be a great quality of life improvement.
