Need new report that only contains orders that have been paid in full.... i.e. a sales report that only shows sales
We are an ebike shop;. The current order report shows all orders whether or not they are paid in full We need a sales report that only reports orders that are fully paid. Currently someone may leave a $200 deposit on a $2000 electric bike. While we are waiting for the bike this order is reported as a sale....which it is not. Worse, the customer may change their mind and ask for the deposit back. After the deposit is returned Clover continues to report this as a sale even though it never was and never will be a sale. In short, there are lots of order reports in Clover but no sales reports (orders that are fully paid) This is causing us to spend a lot of time attempting to manually back out all the orders that are not fully paid from the current order reports.

Howdy Russ! My app, Assign Customers has EXACTLY this feature. We literally have a checkbox which is to include "Only Paid Orders". When checked the report won't include any orders which are not "Paid". You can even have this report emailed to you daily.
