I am an ISO agent and am currently signing-up merchants for payment processing in the tourism industry which relies heavily on agent sales and commissions. Many of these merchants will purchase large volumes of Clover Flexes to accommodate their operations. One merchant alone will be purchasing 28 Clover Flexes. These merchants all have the same complaint and that is that the Flex does not support commissions reporting. This would be such a simple modification and would be useful to a wide audience of merchants who pay by commissions. Here's how it can be done in two simple steps:

1. In the employee profile add ONE field, "Commission Rate" and the admin would type in a percentage, such as 5%, 10% or whatever the rate would be.

2. In the employee sales reports, add TWO columns. The first is "Commission Rate" and the second column would be "Commission Earnings", which would be calculated on the already provided Employee Sales real-time tracking.

I can definitely bring in more sales of Clover Flexes if this suggestion is implemented. Currently, these merchants are using an obsolete hardware/software solution by a company that charges ADDITIONAL per transaction and monthly fees. I can configure the Flex to meet their operational needs but they ALL work on commissions and need this feature. They are eager to switch to Clover Flex, but some are reluctant because the Flex does not offer commissions tracking.
