The feature to download monthly transactional data was available to us until November last year (2022), but with some of the updates that happened, we are no longer able to pull the full month report. I believe there is a 30 second time lapse, that after that, no further lines are included in the report. Can you please revert back to the process of how it was before? It is very important to be able to pull full reports for all Taxi companies, we are a group of 12 Taxi companies with over 5,000 cabs and we need this reporting available to us. Please update so this can be used, otherwise, our group will need to move to another provider that can do this for us. Thanks.
