Allowing the system with Minis to provide a printed receipt for off premises customers to leave tip
I have 2 systems that have the mini screen. When I take orders on the phone for deliveries and payments on the phone. The systems ask for the customer to choose their tip amount on the mini screen. However the customer isn't in the store. The option pops up for us to skip that part. Then the order and payment is closed out and my servers and delivery drivers can't collect a tip on the receipt. I dont want to have to keep going into setup and keep moving the toggle from tip on printed receipt or on screen. So basically the printed receipt for a call in phone order doesnt provide a tip line option without having to go to set up and switch tipping options from paper or on screen.
This is a make or break option for me to continue to use Clover. If need be I will return the gear and start with someone else. Please call me if you need a better explaination. Thank You
