Add the option for the recipient of an invoice to add a tip!
I have a lot of clients in the service industry that use the Clover Invoice feature. However, one major frustration is that the recipients of these invoices cannot add a tip, and those in the service industry really rely on tips.
I see in another ticket titled "Include a "tip" section in an online invoice sent via virtual terminal/email," that somebody from Clover said "this feature is now live," but it doesn't seem to be.
Please add this option or please explain how to turn on this feature.

Add the option for the recipient (customer) of an invoice to add a tip! I have a lot of clients in the service industry that use the Clover Invoice feature. However, one major frustration is that the recipients/customers of these invoices cannot add a tip, and those in the service industry really rely on tips.
I opened a previous ticket with this concern, and a Clover rep said that this feature is available. However, what the Clover rep mistakenly referenced is that it's the merchant that can input the tip but it should be the customer who inputs their own tip, when their about to submit their payment.
Please add this option or please.

Yes, this feature is live on the web dashboard > Sales activity > Invoices > create new invoice.
On "Sale detail", users are able to add Tip as a dollar amount, please refer to the attached file -

Hello,
In my business I'm using clover multiple times a day. With my service after each time we complete a service 99% of the time the customer give us gratuity. I started using the payment shortcut where I just text it to the client and they will pay at the end of my service via that link, can you please ask your app developer to add a Tip option for the shortcut link?
It's an easy fix, right underneath the "Enter Amount" they should add a "Tip" option as well. Thank you and hope this will be fixed soon!
