Split payments on Clover Go

Support split payments on Clover Go. I see there is also a feature in the works to allow Gift Cards on Clover Go, and this will be critical to ship with that since Gift Cards often do not cover the whole transaction balance.

    Need to be able to take multiple cards on Clover Go. Also would like to take Gift Cards on Clover Go, and typically customers can not cover the whole balance with their Gift Card, so we would need to be able to add a credit card as well.
