  1. Move wiring to the back of the Solo and Duo display

    The placement of the wire plugs on the bottom of the base is problematic from a moisture perspective (in bars and restaurants). Moving the wiring to the back of the display screen would alleviate a lot of hardware replacements and also allow the Solo to be used as a wall mounted POS in Bars and restaurants with limited space

  2. Passcode Requirement

    Suggestion from Merchant to have more options for Device passcode example is 4 digit or lower passcode since it slows down process for the 6 digit code requirement

  5. send text on completed order on KDS

    If customer has provided their cellphone number under "add a customer" - the kds should have the option to send a text to them when their order is marked completed. This is very helpful for takeout/fast food restaurants.

  8. Customer Facing Take Out Screen

    I would love to be able to use a 24 inch KDS as a customer facing screen in my pick up area so I don’t have to use buzzers or call names. Just press complete and use the customer see the order is ready for pick up

  9. clover solo with nfc reader

    Clover Solo needs an NFC Reader. It faster to tap than insert a card. With NFC reader, It would be more Suitable for a Smaller foot print and lower cost Kiosk.

  12. Our business needs a 15ft or longer extension cord for the clover station duo, but none available to reach our customers location

    Our business setup needs a 15 ft or longer extension cord to reach our customer's location, but none is available at Clover.
    We call your hardware dept and was told only a 5ft cord is available.
    For Clover to meet the needs of their customers, its important to have basic equipment like a longer extension cord. It should not be difficult for Clover to create one.

  13. Screen timeout

    Please bring back making the mini clover to not timeout to a black screen. I use the mini clover for a un maned micro mart and the screen times out after 30 mins which makes it harder for the customer to make a purchase.

  14. Clover Re-Design

    The elephant in the room...merchants are swapping out the Clover for **. Why? Not because it has more features or is easier to use, but because it looks better. Let's be honest, merchants would rather have less available features than lose out on ergonomic appeal to themselves and their customers. ** has done a better job with style, presentation, color scheme and their system just looks sleek. The Clover? It's just ok when it comes to "visual appeal". It is one of the better ones, but I feel that they can do better. Why is this? Most restaurants…

  16. clover compact

    ethernet cable port faces straight down rather than out the back. The connector on most ethernet cables is too large, bulky and not flexable enough to allow the device to set stable on a counter top. Not usable. Call center agent was unable to suggest a cable category that will work,

  17. ''IPAD STYLE'' device to take order

    I have a competitor and they have the ''IPAD STYLE'' device to take orders and some of my customers asked if CLOVER have like an IPAD style because it is EASIER FOR THEM vs the flex. IF YOU HAVE THAT...I could get all their accounts.

  20. Please offer Flex3 charging bases for sale!

    It would be nice to have an extra charging base or two. This way you don't have to lug around the base and charging cable if you move to different parts of the building or a new location.
