  1. Merchant would like to be able to add a customizable delivery fee such as $2, $3, $5 to different customer profiles and be able to automatically add that delivery fee amount to those customers orders.

  3. We have an item that comes with 4 sides - I built the modifier. We only offer 3 side options the system won't allow me to select min 4. I did build a work around for it by just adding in two modifiers for each item but its a glitch that should be fixed.

  4. Need to add SHOW ON POS to the bulk editing option.
    Also need to be able to hid categories too with the bulk editing option.
    I had to go into each item and check off the ON POS toggle.
    And all the categories still show on my handhelds but there's no items showing.
    Please fix to save time.

  5. The restaurant I work at uses clover. When I split the bill by guests or start closing a table out the clover system doesn’t allow me to go back to the main screen or review the tables check. So if one person wants to close out before the rest of their table, the handheld device will get stuck on the one table until the full bill is paid.

  9. This is more of a glitch report. Recently, I've had numerous complaints from different clover merchant locations about the Search Bar (top right hand corner of the display) dissappearing from the screen at random moments. This is on Clover Station 2018 and Clover Station Duo devices in the Register and Clover Dining apps. This just started happening, and I've seen it on my own demo devices.   10. For online ordering we merchants should be able to schedule holiday hours in advance.
    Eg. If I want to schedule us as closed for Christmas Day I shouldn't have to go in and manually turn ordering off and back on on that day. I should be able to schedule that in advance.

    This seems like a really obvious feature to me that's missing (We can set special hours in Facebook, Google, Skip the Dishes, but not here in Clover for some reason?)

  13. Security Enhancements for employees with clover.com access
    1) Have login notifications. i.e.: Every time a user logs onto the virtual terminal (clover.com), an email notification will be sent to the email address on file to alert them of a logon.
    2) Allow IP lockdowns. i.e.: Certain user can only login from certain IP addresses - e.g.: from work only. This ensures that no one is logging on from home, etc.
    3) Login Logs. i.e.: So the employer can see who and when users logged in. e.g.: "Hi Johnny what was the reason you logged into clover at 2:34am on Sunday?"

  15. Having a HIPAA compliant register would be beneficial for clients wanting to access the full potential of the Clover systems. A register that meets these standards makes the customer and employee experience much better. As it is now, our staff has to input the same information into 3 points of sale to complete one transaction. I would like to simplify this process by having access to the register component. Please get the software HIPAA compliant for the register so we can move forward.

  16. ID verification is an important part when you sell certain products. However forcing Clover customers to use your method is not only painful but not in par with industry standards. Let me explain. We sell cigarettes and we have to ID check everyone. The Clover POS does not require us to enter their ID into the POS when we sell cigarettes.   17. Hello Clover Team!

    Is it possible for Clover to come out with dark mode/dark theme? Many other POS out there have such feature and Clover does not currently offer this. Currently due to my eye condition it is difficult for me to see anything on a white background. I am sensitive to light. The display brightness helps a bit, but lowering the brightness pretty low also makes it difficult to read with the display is too dim. Thus why I am requesting Clover releases Dark Mode feature.   19. I would like clover to explore making a pos for grocery stores! I have a small grocery store chain that could use the simplicity of clover but with some more robust item maintenance. We use clover at our nursery and we like it a lot! It’s a simple but powerful tool to use. Just hope one day Clover can bless us with more tools to use!
