We received an email "Manual Refund Update" which said to call Clover Service Center (no phone number or links so not likely to be phishing), in order to help prevent fraud
Your customer service representative has no idea what I am talking about.
My suggestion is there should be communication with your personnel if this is a legit email, so they are aware of their role in fraud prevention.

Be able to view recurring amount for multiple clients
I am unable to see the value of all quarterly recurring accounts. It just shows the number of accounts. Migrating from a previous merchant account where this feature was active. Certainly would help to see the total amount that will be charged to the various accounts as opposed to just the number of accounts.

Invest in the customer rep agents
As a business owner transitioning from Payeezy to Clover, I would like to say that the Clover customer service is non existant.
I would propose investing in the people handling the customers. All my encounters with the agents were terrible, they have no knowledge of the products or/and how the system works.
We take recurring payments, and nobody could explain how the system works or why it does not do what their own instructions advise you to do.
There was no training nor welcoming instructions on how this platform performs. So far, it is net inferior to what Payeezy used…1 voteAngela

When I check out I use with my Apple Watch (Apple Pay). Every time / trans I have to type in my email address xxxxxx how cool it would be if it would remember it when I swipe with my watch

Qr code sale notification.
I would like to suggest that when using a QR code to accept a sale, that the app sends your phone a notification of the sale. I know xxxxx qr codes do that, it would be really nice if clover would notify us too. I use QR codes on merchandise that I have placed in retail locations, and I love the QR code feature! A notification would be amazing! Perhaps a little more information could be created too when creating a QR code, so when notified you would see, "Stan Green purchased a yellow whatcamacall it for $20.00 at Ann's…

I want to suggest Takumi make a 20" interchangeable cord.
That size would have been perfect for me. The 16" cord--to short. The 24" cord--too long.

In our MediSpa each client is different in terms of the number of units of Botox (for example) used in a procedure. If client requires 24 units, we have to enter the unit 24 times. Very cumbersome.1 vote -
Need to discount total medispa order rather than individual items.
Need to be able to apply a dollar amount discount to the entire tab rather than to each item. For example, in our MediSpa we have a client how is administered 18 units of Botox. Each unit price is $11. We want to give a $25 discount.

Prioritize Contactless Card Symbol
The Venmo QR code is prominent on the checkout screen despite very few customers paying with Venmo. If the standard tap feature was prioritized or made bigger it wouldn't result in so many customers having to be directed to the correct tap symbol. With the current setup it takes multiple attempts for most customers paying by tapping.

Be Better
I am extremely frustrated and disappointed in Clover support. I have been having issues ordering gift cards for a couple weeks. After speaking to several representatives in several different departments there is still no resolve to this very important issue. I have been told multiple times that at order was sent to IT and the issues should be resolved in 24-48 hours. That was 5 days ago. I waited on hold for over an hour to hear the same thing today. After asking to place an order for the cards over the phone I was denied, I cant order online…

Respond to customers who got scammed by an employee
Respond to customers who got scammed by an employee, had multiple bank accounts closed down, don’t give reps that will scam and then block the customer, leaving your customer without a rep or any assistance. INVOICES! Needs revamped to work with boutiques and retailers!!!
INVOICING IS LACKING and not professional for the customer. It’s absolutely not user friendly or fair to boutiques or retailers selling multiple items and charging shipping unless I am missing something. PLEASE look at PayPal’s invoicing for reference. My biggest questions are….Why does Clover only allow one total for invoicing? Why does Clover not have a SHIPPING option?⬇️

Dash 3 improvements and missing features
Dash 3 could add back some of the features that were available in the previous web dashboard:
* ability to see the merchant ID on web dashboard
* ability to see stock counts in the Counter Service PlanSwitching to a different merchant takes much longer than on the Dash 2.
As an ISO we need the MID easily accessible on the web dashboard to verify that we are accessing the correct account.

Adding space on the register screen
When using our register/screen, after hitting Pay you come to the screen that has charge, cash or other...
We would like to see space between cash and other.
What is happening is our volunteer are accidently hitting some of those "other" keys which is my department transfer keys, which then the customers doesn't get charged for.
So putting some spaced will fix this issue. I am the only one that uses most of those keys.

Problem: Customers call or dispute charges due to vendor's permanent address (City & State) on customer's statement vs location (City & State) of the transaction. Itemized receipt on the email receipts
Please provide the itemized receipt, breakdown of the purchase, including separate lines for each item. Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) wants to see each item not just the grand total.

Don't add the new online ordering fee of $1.50 for orders over $30.00
Please DO NOT implement the new online ordering fee for orders over $30.00.
Doing this will make us look as bad as Toast Tab pos. Instead of adding a BS fee, we should create a solution to move merchants away from 3rd party delivery to help merchants increase revenue and reduce expenses. Doing this will force merchants to continue to use 3rd party for delivery not to mention make us look as bad as Toast. If we can get merchant to increase online orders, it's a win for all of us.1 vote
