The cord that comes with he Mini is sometimes too short for clients. A variety of cord sizes to purchase would be really helpful if at all possible!

Please improve the battery back-up for the Clover Mini to allow completion of existing orders when there is a power failure. We had a full house when the power went out and the Mini went dark. We were able to use the Handheld device to reenter and complete processing all the orders. When the Mini came back on-line, we had to go in and cancel the original orders.

NY State has arcane sales tax rules. It would be nice if sales tax could be charged to taxable items and not to non-taxable items automatically, depending on which revenue class the item belonged to. All current workarounds are impractical.

There should be an option in the settings to show the modifiers without showing the price of the modifiers on the receipts.

I don't want my customers to see the prices of the modifiers but only the modifiers and the total cost of the product.

this is regarding the DIPLICATE PAYMENT: AUTHENTIFICATION REQUIRED screen that pops up after most of our payments.

we are a cafe, doing many of our payments at approximately the same price, in a very short time frame. this screen pops up after 9/10 transactions, and really slows down the work process and customers get confused. this is a deal breaker for us and will force us to chose another system if it cant be corrected.

is there any way to eliminate this? or make it an optional screen?

When customers would tip there would be percentage options. Now there is a dollar amount under neat the percentage. This is a new update that just came out and support says we cant remove it now. How can we get it back to just show the percentage only?

A report that shows all details from a transaction (name, date, time, employee, SKUs, qty, tax, total, auth code, etc.) so that you can see what each transaction looked like and pull data from it for external systems.

Merchant would like to be able to upcharge according to the order type. Example: Dine In $0.00, Take Out +$1.50 to the overall order
