They specialize in low-country boils where they offer "Pots to go" for people that want to steam themselves, or catering where they come to your vacation home and do on-site boils. For their on-site work they use the Clover Go. The ability to accept gift cards AND split checks without having to purchase a Clover Flex is a MUCH NEEDED update, please!
