Restore owner ability to disable unnecessary apps
As owners of the account, we do not want our employees to have access to certain unnecessary apps, such as the calculator, camera, clock, gallery and sound recorder. We have over 70 merchants, with many of them using the Clover Flex devices. With the previous v3 Flex devices, we has the ability to disable these apps. Two weeks ago, in fact, we were could disable the apps from a new device we distributed to a merchant. However, yesterday, we were not able to do so. I called Clover customer service and they were also not able to disable the apps. We had previously liked the capability to customize the Clover Flex v3. After all, isn't Flex all about flexibility and customization? Please return the ability for owners of the account to disable unnecessary apps.
