Welcome to the feedback forum for Clover Customer Engagement Features. Please share your ideas for how we can update our Clover software to improve customer experiences, increase traffic, and retain loyalty for merchants. Specifically, this forum should only include ideas about built-in functions on the Clover Dashboard (feedback on customer engagement apps should be included in the Apps/App Marketplace forum). We are listening and we use this feedback to prioritize our roadmap.

  1. I think it would be great if a customer could register, or at least be notified on the screen when they sign for their order, for our rewards program. We do not print receipts for customers unless they request one, and they don't always want a receipt (email or paper), so the best way for customers to know about a rewards program, and to join would be on the screen after they pay or while paying!

  2. Merchant would like the ability to add points from the device rather than just Web DB. This would allow for a quick transaction when issues may arise.

  3. Clover rewards should allow for a dollar amount off a specific item. Currently I can only do a discount off the total cost of the transaction

  5. Currently rewards are all-inclusive. By allowing users to manage what items are eligible for rewards sellers can promote customers to purchase specific items and reward them for doing so. For example, a seller could make it so that their in-store brand is eligible for points to encourage sales over 3rd party brands.

  13. merchant would like when at the screen ask to get points when enter the phone number to automatically add points or deduct points instead of him having to select the customer

  14. Need a method to Zero out Rewards points for quarterly, semi-annual, annual maintenance.

    It's a huge financial liability to not be able to expire points on a regular basis. I need an "easy button" to reset points to Zero for all our customers.

    I have been told by Clover Support to uninstall the app and reinstall it, but that did not work. All the customer data and points were in-tact.

  15. I would like to customize the text that is displayed on the customer facing mini to encourage people to join our reward program. Similar to what I can do with tipping, just for this.

  16. A summary view to see all the businesses that an app user has visited and the reward that has been earned/ offered.

    ie. if a user gets a notification about "$5 for a birthday bonus", they can go into the app and see where that bonus is, rather than go through each business to find out who offered them that bonus.

  17. Customers need to be able to Get rewards for their Clover Kiosk purchase. Most Repeat customers are using the Clover Kiosk. ..I understand maybe not redeeming their free reward on the kiosk but at least get their points. I called clover support and they said that its not a feature at this time and to come here to post the suggestion/ request

  18. I would like the ability after adding a customer to an order through phone number, being able to access their rewards via "Select Customer" without having to use the mobile app. Same goes for non-tethered devices or clover flex. Not all customers like the mobile rewards app, and we have drive thru setup & some people find it easier to give us their phone number so we can enter in their rewards.

  19. Modifiers are considered upgrades, therefore they should not be included in the redemption of points/rewards. Especially if the perk is for a free item. A free item valued at $8 then becomes a free item valued at $12 or more due to multiple modifiers being added which hurts a small business.

  20. Merchant wants to have the ability to zero out their customers rewards point with a button, instead of manually adjusting the points. Also they want the capability to adjust all or multiple customers at once.
