Option for Item Count in Register app

Would like to be able to see the total number of items that have have been scanned. For example, if fifty items have been scanned, it should show 50 somewhere on the screen.

    Make this happen this would be huge help for merchant even if we put it on the clover that would be helpful!!!

    Merchant is requesting an item counter to show on sales screen so they can make double sure they have scanned every thing for that sale
