To-Go Orders

In Clover Dining, a table wants to order something to-go. It would be very nice to be able to touch that item and click a 'To-Go' button so taxes are removed from that item and at the same time notify the cook via order receipt that it is to go so the item is boxed and not plated.

    As a workaround you can add an order type: "To Go" and you will have the order labeled as "To Go" and then manually remove the taxes.

    Honestly we have the same problem, but we set up togo as a modifier so at least the kitchen knows, but the fees are still an issue.

    As a tearoom, we quite often have dine-in customers buy extra cakes slices to takeaway. Unfortunately this means that the VAT is not handled correctly as per HMRC requirements that allow takeaway items to be zero-rated.

    Simply add a modifier that says TOGO and it works great!
