Add vendor to items in inventory that would show up on the item sales report so we know where the items we sold are sourced from. We buy from several vendors and this would help speed up our weekly ordering process as all employees would know from what vendor or supplier each item is bought from

Absolutely!!! I don't understand why you did not do this to begin with, I should not have to buy a subscription to some 3rd party app to do this.

Absolutely correct... also I have consigners I have to track and pay every month, so tracking vendors is critical.

This is very important for retail shop since we want to track items by vendor and also helps to generate report accordingly to order items.
