Need separate Register permissions to delete item before and after item is fired.
Currently the register permission "delete an item from an order" restricts the employee from deleting an item both before it is fired and after it is fired. We need the ability to allow an item to be deleted before it is fired and restrict the item from being deleted after it is fired.

Being able to treat stored/saved items as printed is critical for a food & liquor environment. We currently fire liquor entered by servers on server stations to the bar, but do not print the liquor items entered by bartenders. Since the items are not printed, the bartender can save the tab and delete the items whenever they please. In a fast paced environment, being unable to delete an item before saving an order is too restrictive. We need an option to be able to treat all fired/saved items as printed, regardless of whether that item actually prints somewhere.

Please separate increasing an item after it's been fired from decreasing an item after firing. Example: Table of 8 orders cocktails, then wants another round. Need the ability to increase at this point to save entering all 8 complicated cocktails again, without loosing the safety of not being able to delete items for theft.
