When a server has a table and another person (like a manager) brings a Flex to the customer for a payment, the table (and tip) will be reassigned to whoever logs into the Flex and runs the transaction at that table.

This is horrible for the server because only they can take a Flex payment for that table, regardless if they are busy or the customer wants to pay at the bar.

A workaround is to create a ghost account with a password that everyone knows, and then take the Flex to the table with that ghost account, run the transaction for the customer, then at the end of the shift, run a tip report on the ghost account and figure out which servers get how much tips.
