A much needed update would be a warm welcome when it comes to the complexity of Clover's Service Plans. Merchants should be able to switch from ANY current service plan to any other ones from their Web Dashboard, including the older Register Plan at $29.95 per month. At the moment, some service plans require the credit card processor to completely re-provision the device in order to switch plans - costing the merchant time, money, and patience. Please add this to an upcoming update, as it would be hugely beneficial when tied in to the Multi-Location Dashboard as well (All plans should be compatible with the MLD, and the MLD should sync multiple businesses, even if other locations use a different plan).
