auto add item refunded back to stock quantity

Merchant would like to have the option when he refunds an item for the item to be added back in stock quantity.

    While I like the concept of this, we often have items returned that have been opened and we cannot restock them. If there were a place to mark it as something able for restock or not then it would be a great feature.
