Two-Factor Authentication is NOT user friendly at all!
It should be our choice if we want to use it and should be able to turn it off or on ourselves. Not user friendly - staff should not need to use their personal phones to get access codes, especially as we ask our staff to keep their phones in their lockers. Getting a landline call to get a code is time consuming and NOT user friendly because if you miss that window of getting the code in, you need to start all over again. The app that we now need to download to apparently make this easier is absolutely useless - time consuming, not user friendly and I think actually opens us up to more possible viruses than the two-factor is trying to avoid. PLEASE MAKE THIS AN OPTION AND NOT MANDATORY!!

I am outside the US and manage a US company. The system will not accept my phone number for two factor authentication, so I can no longer manage the company. This system is absolutely brutal.

I hate it when they forced dual authentication. I have three users. I don't mind changing the password every 90 days but when one person logs in and it forces them to enter in their phone number to turn it on and then I log in and I have to use the recovery code to turn it off that is ridiculous.
