Assign item to revenue class from item maintenance

Currently the only way we can assign items to revenue classes is to add the item to the revenue class which is messy & not very well organized. It would be nice to have the ability to assign an item to a revenue class from item maintenance. This would also help insure that items are not being excluded from revenue classes when used.

    We should be able to add a full category to Revenue Classes not just individual items. For businesses with a vast amount of inventory and frequent new items, it would be more accurate and efficient to keep a full category under a revenue class. Otherwise owners/managers have to be relied on to assign every new item to revenue classes.
